1. Please contact us first before returning any equipment to the factory.

We need to understand the nature of the problem, as well as model and serial number of the equipment.

(Shipping cost is at Customer’s expense.)

Paid and Free After Sales Standard Terms


In case of defects in performance and functioning under normal operating conditions during the warranty period: 1year.

(Note: Excluding damages caused by Customer negligence.)

  • In case of defects in performance and function after expiration of the warranty period.
  • In the case of defect by Customer negligence.
  • Repair or damage by a third party Company.
  • Damage due to natural disaster.
  • Replacement of accessories and consumable parts.
